Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
All services, deposits, and good faith exam fees are non-refundable.
